Conor Turner

I am a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer here at The Hub. My fitness and sporting background originates from playing rugby and working out in the gym to support this. I started locally playing in Letchworth, making my way up through the age groups moving on to playing for London Scottish academy where I had trials for Scotland under 20’s. I am currently studying sport science at the university of Bedfordshire where I am also working towards my Exercise Referral Certificate. I am an amature Strongman whilst playing rugby for my University and Letchworth 1st xv

Tom Walsh

I am one of the personal trainers at The Hub. I have been in the fitness industry for a couple years now and have loved every minute of it.I believe fitness is for everyone no matter what age, body shape or fitness level you are, fitness plays such a key role in everyday life mentally and physically. I enjoy coaching people in a group training environment as well as one-to-one. It makes me feel happy knowing that I can help people reach their goals. At The Hub you’ll find me coaching classes such as ladies weight training, gym circuit, boxing circuit, bootcamp and indoor group cycle.

Marc Trussell

I am a certified Spartan SGX coach and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer with over ten years experience in endurance, triathlon, obstacle course and high intensity interval training. The mind is primary; if you think you can do it, then you probably can. Here’s where I come in, tailoring the best exercise principles and coaching you to help you surpass your expectations and achieve your goals. Whether it be for fat loss, your first 5K, Obstacle Race, Triathlon or Ultramarathon, we'll achieve your goal together, smiling, in good spirits and eager for more.


I’m new to Crossfit and I can honestly say it’s the best gym experience on offer. Great combination of weight lifting, CV and gymnastics. All whilst surrounded by a great community of other Crossfitters and superb coaches. Beats running on a treadmill any day!
